- Printing placement may vary slightly.
- Material availability may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to substitute comparable materials when necessary.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to:
- Material costs
- Shipping costs
- Supplier price changes
- Artwork revisions
- Quantity changes
- Rush production requests
Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs before production.
Approval confirms that:
- Spelling is correct
- Colors are acceptable
- Dimensions are correct
- Layout has been approved
Once artwork has been approved, Soluxe is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Customer Artwork
Customers certify they have the legal right to reproduce all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Soluxe harmless from any claims related to unauthorized use of submitted artwork.
Production Times
Estimated production times begin after:
- Payment is received (when required)
- Final artwork approval
- Receipt of all necessary files
Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Shipping
Shipping dates are estimates only.
Soluxe is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Customs
- Supply chain disruptions
- Events beyond our control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
Payment
Payment terms may vary by order.
We may require:
- Full payment before production
- Deposits for custom orders
- Payment upon invoice approval for approved commercial accounts
Late payments may incur additional fees where permitted by law.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Because custom printed products are manufactured specifically for each customer:
- Custom orders are generally non-refundable.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or production errors caused by Soluxe.
Customers must report issues within 7 days of receiving their order.
If an error is determined to be our responsibility, we may choose to:
- Reprint the order
- Repair the product
- Provide a partial or full refund
- Issue store credit
Intellectual Property
All website content, graphics, logos, text, photographs, designs, and branding created by Soluxe remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers retain ownership of artwork they provide.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soluxe shall not be liable for:

- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Lost opportunities
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
